Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jobswfa.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by the project team behind Work from Anywhere Jobs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. The Service
The Service aggregates publicly listed remote-friendly job postings from third-party career pages and applicant-tracking systems. Job content, company information, and apply links are provided as a convenience and may be changed, removed, or rendered inaccurate by the original source at any time. We do not employ candidates or post jobs on behalf of companies. Any application, communication, or contractual relationship arising from a listing is solely between you and the listing company.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be used fraudulently or abusively.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (“Pro Monthly” and “Pro Lifetime”). Paid plans are billed by our payment processor (currently Lemon Squeezy), whose terms also apply to your transaction. Prices, features, and plan limits may change; we will give reasonable notice for material changes affecting active subscribers.
Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the billing period and no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
5. “Lifetime” plans — important
“Lifetime” access refers to the operational lifetime of the Service as a live offering, not the lifetime of the customer. We may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without notice.
If the Service is discontinued, downscoped, or rendered unavailable, lifetime plan holders acknowledge and agree that:
- they have no right to a refund of any portion of the lifetime purchase price;
- they have no right to a replacement service, migration, credit, or substitute access; and
- they will not bring, and hereby waive, any claim, demand, or cause of action against us arising out of or related to the discontinuation of the Service.
This is a material term of every lifetime purchase. By completing a lifetime purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this clause. If you do not accept it, do not purchase the lifetime plan.
6. Refunds
Outside any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, purchases are non-refundable once granted. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the case in good faith.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, resell, or systematically extract data from the Service;
- circumvent paywalls, access controls, or rate limits;
- use the Service to harass third parties or to send unsolicited communications;
- upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service’s infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity, employer, or eligibility for any role.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, branding, and aggregated content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Job listings and company-supplied material remain the property of their respective owners and are surfaced under fair-dealing / fair-use principles applicable to public job-board content. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal job-search purposes.
9. Third-party content and services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Supabase for storage and authentication, Google for optional sign-in, Lemon Squeezy for payments, public ATS APIs for listings). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, current, or that apply links lead to open positions. You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for any breach of these Terms. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination (including the lifetime-plan clause, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
